“Meltingly Yours”

Initially this sub-series seemed to be about couples in many interconnecting poses, some very stable, others increasingly out of balance. The couples remained. However, the surprise here eventually became the setting. After seeing the acclaimed film, Chasing Ice (www.chasingice.com), featuring photography of the arctic over time by James Balog, the couples all moved north. Their poses resonate in many new ways. I would also like to acknowledge my physics professor, David McDaniels PhD, for his early inspiration in the area of renewable energy. I have been thinking about this important area ever since.
